One good tip I have on keeping resolutions is to be precise and evaluate often on your progress throughout the year. E.g. instead of saying, “I’ll pay off my debts”, think instead, “I’ll reduce my debt monthly by 5%” and keep records monthly.
So, my resolution for this year is: Increase my net worth at an average monthly rate of 2% in 2010.
