This site is run by Kelvin Lew and is a collection or snippet if you may of his writings, life and different things that he finds amazing and wants to put it in writing for no particular reason.  There is no prevailing theme or direction to this site but rather a smorgasbord of intriguing pieces of literature, stimulating visual abstractions and other big words.

About me

I’m in my mid-twenties and currently based in Germany.  I’m a Malaysian who like most Malaysians can speak a few languages.  I speak and write English, Malay, Chinese and German.  I speak dialects such as Cantonese and Hokkien as well.  I don’t see myself as talented but rather a fast learner.  I’m not an early adopter but I tend to like technology enough to have spend a small fortune in tech gadgets.  I like to read whenever I can and I play video games.  I have a black belt in Taekwondo and is up for almost anything (especially if it’s on a dare).  I feel that I’m sometimes too level-headed even when in the face of danger.  I like to cook if I’m in the mood but hate washing up.  I have a weird sense of humour.  I enjoy long walks on the beach.

My day job

I am currently employed as a Design Engineer in mechanical simulations by Nokia in Germany.

Skills

• I can troubleshoot almost anything.
• I am critical about things which I am passionate about.
• I have a Diplom Ingenieur Degree in Mechatronics Engineering from Hochschule Ulm, Germany.
• I am a self confessed geek (not a nerd).
• I can make my ears move individually.

What I do in my free time

I like to travel whenever I can.  I play video games if I’m at home.  I like to be with close friends in a cozy cafe.  Sometimes just doing nothing.
